Description

The Blueprint/Honors Program Graduate Assistant is a ten-month position responsible for assisting the Blueprint/Honors Program Director with a variety of tasks to ensure that both programs are operating efficiently and successfully. The Graduate Assistant is expected to maintain office hours while classes are in session.

Blueprint Program
  • Review and monitor passport opportunities submitted through Coursedog and schedule passport activities in Handshake.
  • Create QR codes for attendance purposes and email to passport hosts.
  • Communicate passport opportunities to BLU 101 peer leaders and instructors.
  • When possible, attend passport opportunities and other relevant events and document for social media.
  • Assist BLU 201 classes if needed.
  • Other duties as agreed upon
Honors Program
  • Assist with record-keeping (monitoring portfolios).
  • Communicate reminders to program members regarding due dates and portfolio updates.
  • Communicate service and other opportunities to program members.
  • Be available to assist students with various Honors-related tasks
  • If available, attend Open House and other recruitment events to promote the Honors Program.
  • Assist with the Student Board.
  • When possible, attend Honors events and document for social media.
  • Other duties as agreed upon
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Enrolled full-time in a Master's or Doctoral program.
  • Graduate of Hilbert College's Honors Program.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
TERM: August 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027, 20 hours per week

Compensation:
  • $6,000 annual stipend ($3,000 per semester)
  • $3,000 towards the cost of tuition ($1,500 per semester)
  • Free Hilbert College parking pass.
