Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered).
The Graduate Assistant position is a two year position and includes tuition remission along with a stipend of $8,000 annually. Housing is not included, but is available on-campus. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the Universitys Graduate School. Position set to begin 6/1/2026 but can be flexible. First Grad Term begins 08/31/2026.

Major responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- On and Off campus recruiting of qualified student athletes
- Assist with Fundraising activities
- Assist with practice planning and implementation
- Primary on-ice focus with teams defensemen and goaltenders, but will work with all positions
- Monitoring of academics and study halls
- Assist with team travel and game day operations, as well as scheduling, organizing, and general office work
- Team Social Media/Video program
- Adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations
- Administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous coaching experience and/or successful NCAA or Junior playing experience required
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-level players
