Job Summary
The Graduate Admissions Coordinator provides essential administrative support and oversees office operations. The successful candidate will have a friendly, engaging personality, and service-oriented approach and will be able to clearly, accurately and enthusiastically share information about Iona University graduate programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an office environment in an administrative support capacity.
Specialized Skills: Must possess a professional manner, strong communication, organization, and people skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent computer skills. Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Slate is preferred. Must possess and project a positive, helpful demeanor.
