Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members to coordinate grading activities and achieve project goals. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors, reporting progress, challenges, and equipment issues as needed. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and comply with all relevant regulations, safety guidelines, and industry best practices. Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges or issues that may arise during grading work. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily equipment inspection reports and work logs.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Dozer GPS/Finish Dozer Operator in the heavy civil construction industry. Proficiency in operating and maintaining dozers equipped with GPS technology or finish dozers. Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and grading techniques. Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
