GP Services Specialists provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to General Partners of private funds. The role ensures smooth fund management, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position requires collaboration with fund operations, portfolio management, investor relations, and compliance teams, combining analytical skills, process management, and proactive problem-solving.
Serve as a primary support point for General Partners in fund operations and reporting
Assist with fund setup, governance documentation, and ongoing compliance requirements
Prepare and distribute GP reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
Coordinate with operations, accounting, and portfolio teams to ensure timely fund administration
Track fund performance, capital activity, and key operational metrics for GP oversight
Support GP meetings, presentations, and investor communications as needed
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and GP service quality
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for GP decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Familiarity with private fund operations, fund administration, and GP responsibilities
Experience in client services, fund operations, or investor relations preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/data management tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation capabilities
