Join Casey's as a Government Relations Manager and play a key role in shaping public policy initiatives that support the company''s government relations strategy and advocacy efforts. In partnership with the Government Relations Director, you will build relationships with government and industry leaders, track legislative and regulatory issues, and help drive advocacy efforts that advance Casey''s strategic priorities across current and emerging markets.
What You''ll Do:
- Support the execution of Casey''s government relations strategy to advance public policies aligned with the company''s strategic priorities and business objectives. Engage with legislators, regulators, and industry organizations to advocate for policies that support the company''s growth, and long-term success.
- Monitors legislative and regulatory developments that may impact Casey''s business. Assist in evaluating potential risks and opportunities and supports the timely communication of emerging laws and regulations to inform compliance and mitigation strategies.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, trade associations, and external stakeholders. Represents Casey''s interest in public policy discussions, regulatory forums, and industry coalitions.
- Supports the integration of newly acquired and emerging markets into Casey''s government relations strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and advocacy efforts.
- Partners closely with the Director, Government Relations, to support key initiatives, advance strategic priorities, and assess enterprise-wide legislative and regulatory impacts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Starting hiring range: $99,900 - $139,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
