This HR Generalist supports federal and defense agency missions through on-site, hybrid work in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities include
- managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration,
- ensuring compliance with federal contractor regulations like OFCCP, EEO, and SCA, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- They handle full-cycle recruitment, facilitate new hire orientation, and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, guiding performance management and conflict resolution.
- They administer benefits programs and assist with payroll accuracy, including SCA wage monitoring.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of HR experience, 1-2 years in government contracting, knowledge of federal employment laws, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office. Preferred certifications and experience with SCA, DBA, and security clearance processing are a plus. U.S. citizenship is required.
