Goodwill Vermont Retail Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor at our retail stores in Williston or South Burlington, VT supports efficient operations under the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. They provide excellent customer service, assist with stocking, cash handling, donations, and store opening/closing. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, resolving customer issues, and helping with store management tasks.

• Minimum qualifications include retail/customer service experience, strong math and literacy skills, flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, computer literacy, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and a background check.
