Salary: $50,000-$70,000 starting base + quarterly performance bonus
Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (retention-based)

About the Role
Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a strong, hands-on retail leader to manage our Jamestown store. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and donation growth.

What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you will lead the full store operation, including:
  • Overseeing daily store operations
  • Hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Coaching and motivating employees to succeed
  • Creating schedules and managing labor hours
  • Driving store sales and donation flow
  • Ensuring strong merchandising and customer experience
  • Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Building a positive, respectful, and results-driven team culture
Compensation & Benefits
  • $50,000-$70,000 starting salary + quarterly performance bonus

Qualifications:

  • Experience driving sales, productivity, and store performance
  • Strong operational skills (scheduling, staffing, execution)
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
