Salary: $50,000-$70,000 starting base + quarterly performance bonus
Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (retention-based)
About the Role
Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is seeking a strong, hands-on retail leader to manage our Jamestown store. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, developing a high-performing team, and driving sales and donation growth.

What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you will lead the full store operation, including:
- Overseeing daily store operations
- Hiring, training, and developing team members
- Coaching and motivating employees to succeed
- Creating schedules and managing labor hours
- Driving store sales and donation flow
- Ensuring strong merchandising and customer experience
- Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Building a positive, respectful, and results-driven team culture
Compensation & Benefits- $50,000-$70,000 starting salary + quarterly performance bonus
- $1,500 retention-based sign-on bonus
