We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated individuals for a Golf Shop Attendant opportunity with a reputable public golf course in Fountain Inn, SC! The role’s primary job function will be to provide customer service and sales assistance in the Golf Shop. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to the club members and their guests
Answer questions concerning club services and tournaments
Ensure all members and guests are checked in and billed properly
Assists members and guests with merchandise selections
Complete merchandise sales transactions through the golf shop POS system
Order special order merchandise for members
Provide other members services as requested, such as taking phone messages and reserving tee times
Requirements:
Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred
Service and customer focused attitude
Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask
General computer skills with ability to operate the POS (training provided as needed)
