We are seeking reliable and hardworking Golf Course Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of golf course facilities by performing a variety of physical tasks on-site. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job.
What You'll Do- Assist in preparing and grading construction sites, including clearing vegetation.
- Transport and unload building materials and equipment.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Help in mixing and applying topsoil, sand, and other materials necessary for course construction.
- Support the installation of irrigation systems, drainage components, and landscaping features.
- Follow blueprints, plans, and instructions provided by supervisors to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Remove debris, clean work areas, and manage waste in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
What You Need:- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license may be required, and experience with operating construction equipment is a bonus.

Working Conditions:- Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Physical demands include exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to see, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity; climb, kneel, stand, walk crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar tasks.
- Work schedule may include early mornings, weekends, and overtime during peak construction periods.
