Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns
Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
Assist in all dining room personnel hiring and training
Assist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development for assigned shifts
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
High School Diploma and Equivalent Work Experience
3-5 years related experience and/or training
Must have high volume experience
Identification that establishes identity
Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
