GMP Warehouse Forklift Coordinator

Keep Production Moving with Precision

Step into a direct-hire role coordinating materials flow between warehouse storage and active production lines inside a clean, GMP-focused operation. You’ll be the go-to expert for safe forklift operation, accurate inventory, and on-time staging within a consistent 12-hour rotation.

Core Impact

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
• Load and unload trailers; transport product across warehouse and production areas
• Stage components to match production schedules and changeovers
• Verify counts, complete inventory documentation, and support cycle counts
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing to meet shipment timelines
• Secure all loads and follow established safety and GMP procedures
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards across work zones

Work Schedule (2-2-3 Rotation)

• 12-hour shifts
• Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
• Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; rotating with weekends

Must-Haves

• Forklift certification
• Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing settings
• Ability to work the 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
• Basic math capability and clear communication
• English required for safety and training

Nice-to-Haves

• Inventory control background
• Hands-on with SAP or a warehouse management system
• Microsoft Office skills
