Step into a direct-hire role coordinating materials flow between warehouse storage and active production lines inside a clean, GMP-focused operation. You’ll be the go-to expert for safe forklift operation, accurate inventory, and on-time staging within a consistent 12-hour rotation.
Core Impact
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods
- Load and unload trailers; transport product across warehouse and production areas
- Stage components to match production schedules and changeovers
- Verify counts, complete inventory documentation, and support cycle counts
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing to meet shipment timelines
- Secure all loads and follow established safety and GMP procedures
- Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards across work zones
Work Schedule (2-2-3 Rotation)
- 12-hour shifts
- Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
- Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days; rotating with weekends
Must-Haves
- Forklift certification
- Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing settings
- Ability to work the 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
- Basic math capability and clear communication
- English required for safety and training
