Minimum Requirement:
Associate’s degree in business, social sciences, or relevant field
5 of the most recent 7 years’ experience working directly in Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration
Working knowledge of ACGME accreditation standards, policies, procedures, site visits, and reporting
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or relevant field
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Certified – Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (C- TAGME) through the National Board for Certification Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education
Responsibilities:Responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and regulatory compliance of all Mobile Infirmary Medical Center (MIMC) residency and fellowship programs sponsored by the institution. Ensures adherence to ACGME, institutional, state, federal, and IH requirements, policies, and procedures, while supporting program directors, faculty, residents, and fellows in delivering high-quality graduate medical education.
