We're seeking a dedicated General Manager and Assistant Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of this landmark restaurant. About Alte o: Alte o, whose flagship in Denver, CO received a Michelin Recommendation in 2025, represents the first out-of-state expansion for Denver based Fonda Fina Hospitality, bringing Chef Johnny Curiel's innovative culinary vision and elevated dining experience to the Charleston market. You'll be instrumental in establishing the restaurant's culture, standards, and reputation during this pivotal opening phase.

Your Role: As General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will:

• Lead pre-opening preparations, including staff recruitment, training, and systems implementation
  
• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  
• Manage guest relations, service standards, and operational consistency
  
• Collaborate with Chef Curiel and the culinary team to ensure brand alignment
  
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  
• Foster a positive team culture that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
  
• Address guest concerns and maintain service quality standards
  

We're looking for experienced hospitality leaders with strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Experience opening new restaurants is highly valued.
