Your role
Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people?
We''re looking for a client associate to:
keep management systems up-to-date with client information
educate clients on account services and capabilities
help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
Your team
Youll be working in the Bellevue office, supporting a Wealth Management team in the Pacific Northwest market. We serve individuals and families with significant means, helping them grow and preserve their wealth while making their fullest impact in life. As a bespoke service business, this position is critical for delivering sophisticated service with accuracy and the utmost care.
Your expertise
series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
ideally 1-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Business or Finance
excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
United States - Washington - Bellevue USD 65000 max USD 85000/annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
