Job Description:


Role Purpose


The Global Transformation Communications Director is accountable for leading the development, execution and deployment of Functional communications for the IMO program in support of integration and transformation and spanning people, process, technology and value creation.


The role requires a senior, hands-on delivery communications leader with strong business program management capability and embedded organizational change leadership to ensure Integration communications are deployed and solutions are operationally adopted, while navigating regional nuances and potential legal/consultation obligations.


What will be your key responsibilities?


Lead the execution/implementation of the IMO Program Deliverables to ensure Associates are engaged, informed and adopt new ways of working in a consistent manner throughout the integration/transformation journey. Ensure operational readiness with cutover and transition communication plans. Oversee go-live, hyper care and stabilization activities, and monitor adoption and performance post-deployment to drive corrective actions where needed. Lead functional Integration communications in partnership with Communications Business Partners – developing, deploying, monitoring and supporting Integration communications across the Segment/s. Translate strategic objectives into delivery-ready communication plans and executable road maps. While managing interdependencies and risks. Drive Internal Core narrative/messaging creation and storytelling/comms capabilities with Global/local teams to inspire stakeholders and drive decisions and actions. Build supporting materials including communication plans, leader briefings, presentations, newsletters, videos and other communications assets in service of the IMO strategy and activity.


What we are looking for


+ 5 – 7 years’ internal communications experience in a corporate environment or agency leading large-scale business programs

+ Demonstrated experience leading transformation communications in frontline, operational or regulated environments

+ Strong enterprise program leadership in complex operational environments, with a proven ability to manage multi-stream delivery and multiple partners

+ Excellent written and spoken English with a great eye for detail

+ Proven ability to develop engaging internal comms campaigns based on industry leading best practice

+ Experience in developing and driving change management to execution and adoption

+ Experience operating at senior governance and executive forums

+ Adept in working on content across multiple platforms (digital, social, video) and identifying new approaches to challenge the norm

+ Experience working in fast-paced business environment

+ Experience working across global teams and time zones

+ Great project management skills

+ Experience in developing and driving change management to execution and adoption

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
