We are seeking a Global Trade Operations Specialist to join the CAB Team in Santa Rosa, CA. This role will support global trade operations and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes within the medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day global trade operations and related activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Assist in managing operational processes within the medical device manufacturing environment.
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of medical device and manufacturing (MFG) processes.
- Experience supporting operations in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global trade operations or supply chain functions.
- Background in the medical device or life sciences industry.
