Specialized Knowledge:
Strong technical aptitude with respect to supply planning systems, including capacity planning and constraint-based planning processes.
Strong capability in statistical analysis, modeling, and data visualization, with experience using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience with ERP and planning systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Specialized Skills:
Experience working with large and complex data sets.
Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Advanced computer and presentation skills.
Proven experience leading SIOP/IBP processes in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.

Salary Range: $94,500 - 138,600

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
