Are you passionate about creating standardized, scalable supply chain processes that enable global operational excellence? We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Process & Governance Manager to own and drive global supply chain process standards across factories and distribution operations.

This role is responsible for transforming the global supply chain operating model into clear, repeatable processes that ensure consistency across planning, master data governance, material readiness, escalation management, and execution disciplines. Reporting into the Global Supply Chain organization, this position partners closely with Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Production Sites, Distribution Operations, IT, and Data teams to deploy standards, drive process adoption, and improve organizational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop, document, maintain, and govern global supply chain process standards across manufacturing sites and distribution operations to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Own the Data Centers Supply Chain Playbook, including process maps, standard work, roles and responsibilities, meeting cadences, escalation procedures, and data governance requirements.
  • Lead master data governance efforts by defining standards for items, suppliers, lead times, sourcing configurations, planning parameters, locations, and process ownership.
  • Deploy process standards through training programs, workshops, readiness reviews, communication plans, and change management activities that drive adoption across the organization.
  • Conduct process compliance audits across factories and distribution centers, identify gaps and variations, and coordinate corrective action plans with site and functional leaders.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Materials Management, Demand Planning, Data Engineering, and IT teams to align business process requirements with ERP, planning systems, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.
  • Support SAP/ERP and planning system adoption by ensuring standard work, user behaviors, and master data practices align with the intended operating model.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, improve transaction discipline, and enhance supply chain execution performance.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain process ownership, planning, materials management, distribution, ERP deployment, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing, documenting, implementing, and governing business processes across multiple sites or functions.
  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
  • Experience with process audits, corrective action management, and business process standardization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with SAP IBP, MRP systems, master data governance, or global supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leading training, change management, and process deployment programs across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or data center supply chain operations.
