The Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead is responsible for leading supply chain financial reporting, analytics, and planning. This highly visible role partners closely with finance, operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives.
The role owns global consolidation of cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, processes while driving standardization, operational efficiency, and financial integrity across sites worldwide. This position reports to the Director Finance Product and Operations
This role is ideal for a finance professional combining strategic FP&A with the ability to be hands on as well as strategic hands-on operational finance leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
Experience Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years related work and/or public accounting experience.

Experience Requirements
Required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years related work and/or public accounting experience.
Competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for the purpose of analysis and financial modeling.
Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and experience in a variety of Finance areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader, analytical perspective; and excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
Preferred
SAP/BPC experience a plus.
