Job Title: Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead

Introduction
The Global Supply Chain FP&A Lead is responsible for leading supply chain financial reporting, analytics, and planning. This highly visible role partners closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives. The role owns global consolidation of cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while driving standardization, operational efficiency, and financial integrity across sites worldwide. This position reports to the Director Finance Product and Operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional combining strategic FP&A with the ability to be hands-on as well as strategic hands-on operational finance leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related work and/or public accounting experience.
- Competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for analysis and financial modeling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and experience in a variety of Finance areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader, analytical perspective; and excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- SAP/BPC experience a plus.
