Position Summary: Our cleint is seeking an experienced Global Repair Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a scalable Digital Repair Service strategy, initially focused on the EMEA region with the intent to expand to other global geographies. This role focuses on defining project tools and processes that support organizational excellence in program and project management, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing projects with budgets typically up to $1 million and durations of 12 months or less. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, requirements, and project scope while managing change control and its impacts on time, cost, and quality. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, assign tasks effectively, and track progress against timelines. Facilitate level-of-effort estimating, develop asset acquisition requirements, and monitor actual costs against forecasts. Provide guidance on project methodology and best practices aligned with company standard project management framework. Define, manage, and monitor project success and delivery criteria; report progress on realization of those criteria. Develop and execute comprehensive risk management plansincluding risk identification, analysis for probability and impact, mitigation strategy development, and assigning ownership of risk actions. Lead the creation of Global Repair strategy, roadmap, and alignment across stakeholders and geographies. Consolidate and synthesize disparate information into clear, actionable roadmaps for key stakeholders. Capture and document key learnings to inform continual improvement. Communicate and provide timely updates to stakeholders at all levels. Coordinate success metrics and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience in program/project management or as a business/process leader. Alternative degree and experience combinations accepted: PhD or Law degree + 8 years experience Master's degree + 9 years experience Associate's degree + 11 years experience High School diploma + 12 years experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and decision-making amidst ambiguity. Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional and cross-geography project teams. Project Scope and Context: Manages projects typically lasting 12 months or less, budget around $1 million.
