Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing global product development or manufacturing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional programs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and global teams.
  • Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Resolve project issues and drive timely decision-making across functional teams.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), product development, and manufacturing initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
  • Travel periodically to manufacturing facilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Experience working with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or product development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and executive stakeholders is highly preferred.
  • PMP certification and experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) programs are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
