5+ years of experience in Product Management for technical products, with ownership of product strategy, positioning, and portfolio performance.
Will consider alternative job experience of 5+ years (i.e. General Manager, Value Stream Manager, Business Development) if the Core Competencies required for the role can be demonstrated
Willingness to travel for cross-functional partnership and periodic onsite engagement in Earth City, MO or Lincolnshire, IL to build alignment and leadership presence.

Pay Range: The base compensation for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
