As the Go-To-Market Innovation - Core and Performance Lead, you are the architect of the foundational Go-To-Market (GTM) engine powering Google Customer Solutions. Your scope covers mission-critical infrastructure and models, including Eligibility, Segmentation, Assignments, and Team Configuration, alongside sales-facing products like Google Customer Solutions Staffing and GroundControl.This role carries a dual-horizon mandate: delivering immediate impact while pioneering the future. You will optimize current workflows while simultaneously architecting the Resource Strategy and Management goals for Google Customer Solutions, transforming bespoke systems of assignments, staffing, and annual planning into a holistic, always-on orchestrator for how we deploy resources. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
