GTI is seeking a Global Procurement Manager, Electrical to lead multi-site RFx and purchasing operations supporting direct Electrical material procurement. This role is responsible for managing coordinators, ensuring supplier execution, improving inventory performance, driving cost control, and maintaining uninterrupted material flow to production.
The Global Procurement Manager will partner closely with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to ensure procurement strategies align with production schedules, working capital targets, and growth objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with Engineering on technical sourcing, alternates, and new product introduction (NPI) launches• Work with Finance on accruals, payment issues, savings tracking, and inventory valuation impacts• Coordinate with Warehouse and Receiving teams on inbound flow and supplier execution issues• Support leadership on escalations, supply constraints, and strategic sourcing initiatives
Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred• 6–10+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams• Manufacturing, industrial, or engineered-to-order purchasing background• Strong ERP/MRP experience• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting modular manufacturing, fabrication, electrical integration, or industrial systems• APICS, CPSM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications preferred• Multi-site purchasing leadership experience preferred
