Acting as a key procurement business partner, you will deliver sustainable value through strategic sourcing, cost optimisation, supplier risk management and strong stakeholder collaboration. This role is critical in supporting business growth, resilience and innovation across regions.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $109,600 to $139,700 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
