A health-care employer in Brentwood, TN is hiring a senior-level Global Process Owner for the Record to Report function. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person reporting to the Brentwood, TN location. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The role. The Global Process Owner for Record to Report is responsible for leading and standardizing end-to-end RTR processes across the organization, including financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting. This individual will work within a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment, driving process consistency, efficiency, and governance at a senior leadership level.

What we're looking for.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or shared services leadership
  • Deep expertise in Record-to-Report processes (financial close, GL, reconciliations, consolidations, financial reporting)
  • Oracle experience, required
  • Shared Services or Global Business Services experience, required
  • Preferred: Global Process Owner (GPO) experience
  • Preferred: Process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Kaizen)
  • Preferred: Governance framework design experience
  • Preferred: KPI and performance management implementations
  • Preferred: Healthcare industry experience

Compensation. $130,000 - $160,000 per year
