External Primary Responsibilities:
• Represent Crowns Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics. • Design, create, and maintain key business processes with Crowns CRM solution. • Provide ongoing support of Global users in Crowns CRM solution. • Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area. • Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers. • Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk. • Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements, and continuous improvement tasks. • Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crowns CRM solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 8 years of experience is required. Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills. Occasional Travel (0-5%) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Programming, Applications Development, or related field. • Experience in writing and communicating technical processes and configuration documents. • SAP Hybris programming, development knowledge, and experience. • Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud (Cloud for Customer-C4C), SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), and SAP Analytics Cloud.
