The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $122,250 - $179,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement work across Dematic's global manufacturing network to boost safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping activities, and problem-solving workshops that produce measurable operational results.
  • See opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and standardize processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
  • Work together with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to prioritize and carry out high-impact improvement projects. Drive cost savings and productivity efforts, including cycle time reduction, throughput improvements, and labor optimization.
  • Develop and implement global manufacturing standards, procedures, and performance metrics to support operational consistency and benchmarking. Support the rollout of common production management systems and operational excellence programs across the manufacturing network.
  • Coach and develop site teams on Lean principles, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • Support central initiatives and special projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working across multiple sites or global operations, driving standardization and guideline adoption.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to influence and work with partners across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to coach and develop teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Self-motivated and focused on achieving results, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% to support global manufacturing continuous improvement activities.
