Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as international requirements.
- Oversee payroll audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and align processes.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems, ensuring updates and optimizations as needed.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
- Provide leadership and training to payroll team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes impacting payroll operations.

Profile
A successful Global Payroll Manager should have:
- Proficiency in Workday, with a strong understanding of multi-regional payroll processes.
- In-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate across departments.
- Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work 3 days onsite in Westchester County, New York.
- Bachelors degree required.
