As a Global Payroll leader, you will support the Head of Payroll by owning the strategy, governance, and execution of payroll across multiple regions while helping to shape future processes as well. Workday experience highly preferred.

Description
- Support and execute the global payroll strategy in alignment with broader business objectives
- Establish global payroll governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Serve as process owner for US payroll tax compliance across all applicable states
- Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and enhance integrations across payroll and ERP systems
- Monitor changes in global labor, tax, and employment legislation
- Partner with Legal and Compliance on country‑specific payroll practices
- Leverage payroll analytics to identify trends and support workforce planning
- Manage global payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence
Profile
- 10+ years of global payroll experience, with exposure to Workday and ADP highly preferred
- Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred
- Global Payroll experience required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder presence
- Comfortable working across time zones with flexibility
- Able to work onsite, 3 days a week in Manhattan
