Acknowledge Job Description:The Global Markets Senior Project Manager role will support the end to end delivery of high priority, complex Global Markets initiatives. This includes working through all phases of project delivery from project planning, defining business requirements, design, testing and implementation. The individual will need to work collaboratively with Global Markets Trading Desks, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and other departments to develop the approach and plans to deliver the initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large, complex business initiatives and understanding of Global Markets products/functions. The ability to partner and effectively communicate across the organization is an important factor in successfully delivering projects.Role Responsibilities:Own and lead the end-to-end plan and manage the end to end delivery of Global Markets initiativesEngage and partner with initiative stakeholders across Global Markets business leaders, technology managers, data management, risk and other functions to develop initiative delivery plans and implement solutionsChair and/or lead program governance routines to keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and key decisions; drive timely escalation and resolution.Identify, track and resolve issues, risks and action items related to Global Markets initiativesDevelop and coordinate key project deliverables, including defining project scope and success metrics, gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, supporting solution design, and producing integrated project and implementation plans to drive successful execution.Manage and execute multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines while ensuring adherence to enterprise policies and procedures.Strategize, collaborate and assist Global Markets Trading desk and other business leaders with defining the future book of workRequired Skills:Extensive experience leading large‑scale, complex change initiatives within Global Markets or a comparable financial services environment.Proven track record delivering regulatory and strategic programs with significant cross‑functional impact.An understanding of Global Markets products and supporting technologyKnowledge of processes, procedures and policies that govern change and technology at Bank of America, including the Bank of America's Enterprise Change Management Policies and StandardsAbility to communicate complex topics concisely and effectively to senior executives.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Professional approach that is clear, well thought out and with appropriate attention to detailStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities with limited supervisionExcellent proficiency using Microsoft office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, WordAbility to leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance personal productivity and project deliveryBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
