As a Global Marketing Manager - Actives Beauty Care Solutions BCS you will be instrumental in managing innovation projects launching new products developing global communication strategy and driving BCS visibility. Additionally you will support local Americas organization in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies for innovative cosmetic ingredients to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Managing the innovation- identifying market needs and managing ideation campaigns with the aim of creating new project briefs and feeding the innovation pipeline. Work with the project manager on new projects market analysis business case and go to market approach Launching new products - prepare the launch package together with project manager define pricing strategy value proposition competitive advantage product positioning and communication plan.Follow up on newly launched products and adjust accordingly. Developing and supporting business opportunities as well as market presence in Americas If you… Have a bachelors degree in biology biochemistry chemistry chemical engineering marketing or a related field. Possess 3 years experience in personal care actives or specialty ingredients marketing product management or technical sales with demonstrated exposure to cosmetic or formulation-driven markets. Have a strong ability to translate scientific or technical data into compelling customer value propositions and marketing narratives. Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working effectively with R&D Sales and global teams. Show a commercial and execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and contribute to business growth. Exhibit strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market insights and clearly communicate to both technical and commercial audiences.
