The Opportunity:
 

As a Global Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Support Center (GIBSSC) IT Operations professional you will have the opportunity to ensure high availability and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations among multiple agencies, producers, and combatant commands. 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, identify and report anomalies on the physical, data link, network, and support layers of the IBS Enterprise
  • Monitor health and status of local and wide-area networks, telecommunications and circuit switching systems
  • Document deficiency reports, triage, track, and coordinate engineering support for resolution
  • Maintain/log outage and status messages for the IBS Enterprise
  • Provide 24/7 support and troubleshooting for system users, worldwide.
  • This is a shift work position.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS SCI clearance through undisclosed customer w/Poly
  • Direct experience related to government messaging systems

Desired:

  • AS degree in technical field +3 years of experience 
  • 3 years specialized experience directly related to the Integrated Broadcast System

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,600 - $122,100
