Global Flavor Portfolio Manager (All Genders)

For our location in Vienna and Kröllendorf (other EU locations possible) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join us as Global Flavour Portfolio Manager (all genders).

Your responsibilities:

• Drive global transparency and harmonization of the flavor portfolio
• Establish governance and lifecycle management (creation, optimization, discontinuation)
• Manage and optimize global flavor libraries to support NPD and speed-to-market
• Act as Global Process Owner for digital tools (e.g. SAP) and portfolio systems
• Define and track global KPIs and ensure reliable reporting
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, R&D, and Supply Chain

Your profile:

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• ~6+ years of experience in the food / flavor industry
• Experience in flavor sourcing, sensory science, or portfolio management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Our attractive compensation package is, of course, aligned with current market standards. You can expect a gross annual salary starting from EUR 62,000 (all-in), with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
