The overall objective is to provide clear, consistent, and actionable field quality performance and insights globally, enabling leadership to understand trends, identify key drivers, and take actions to improve quality, reduce warranty cost and protect customer satisfaction.
Build and lead a transversal organization responsible for delivering the analytics, reporting, and governance processes needed to track performance across all regions, brands, products and translate data into actionable improvement priorities and execution focus areas.
The Manager, Field Quality Performance & Analytics is accountable for the accuracy and alignment of field quality KPIs globally, and for leading the communication and governance of performance in key forums.
Main Accountabilities:
Deliverables of the function include on‑time and effective delivery of:
Consolidated field quality performance KPIs and reporting, including months in service quality indicators, total warranty spend and issue trends across all regions, plants, and products
Standardized reporting and analytics to ensure consistent visibility and interpretation of performance globally
Clear identification of performance drivers, isolating key contributors by region, plant, product and subsystem
Actionable insight explaining performance evolution, including what changed, why performance is improving or deteriorating, and expected impact
A single, aligned global performance narrative used across all governance and leadership forums
Develop and maintain strong alignment with Regional Quality, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing and Aftersales teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency of interpretation, and accountability for performance outcomes.
Lead and coordinate global performance governance, including:
Weekly KPI reviews
Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT) monthly reviews
Board of Directors reporting
Ensure performance reporting provides clear visibility on execution gaps, highlighting where actions are insufficient, delayed, or not impacting performance as expected.
Drive continuous improvement of analytics, reporting tools, and governance processes, improving clarity, efficiency, and decision‑making over time.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or a related technical or quantitative discipline
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with data in a quality or operational analytics environment
Strong experience in automotive field quality, warranty, or performance analytics
Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, gaps and key performance drivers, translating data into actionable insights
Experience working across multiple regions or functions, with the ability to align and challenge stakeholders without direct authority
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, able to present clear, fact‑based performance narratives and drive discussions with senior leaders
High level of judgment, credibility, and leadership presence, capable of influencing decisions, challenging performance gaps, and operating effectively in high‑visibility governance forums
Preferred Qualifications:
Operational experience leading quality in engineering or manufacturing quality
Hands on experience with Palantir Foundry
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
