The Global Enterprise Learning & Commercial Enablement Leader defines and drives the enterprise-wide learning and development strategy across OTC, Commercial, ComOps, and Business Lines. This role ensures strong governance, strategic alignment, and measurable impact of learning investments, translating business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions that enable commercial performance and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Leading global or enterprise learning strategies in complex, matrix organizations.• Strong understanding of OTC, Commercial, and ComOps processes and systems.• Senior stakeholder engagement and change management experience.• People leadership experience with global teams.
