Global Sales Manager

Seeking a Global Sales Manager with experience in smart sensors and or electronic based products incorporating embedded microcontrollers and firmware. Should have managed a global sales force and willing to travel to various different countries. Automotive sensor applications are very helpful.

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving orders, revenue growth, and profitable market expansion across a $200M organization through existing customer relationships and new business opportunities. This role leads and directs selling teams through direct sales, channel distribution, online distribution, and strategic business development activities. The Director of Sales will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives that align with organizational growth objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

This leader will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and international sales leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable profitability.

This corporation is located north of Chicago and if living in Detroit this would be a hybrid position.

20 - 30% bonus
