Drive Service S&OP / IBP alignment across service, factory, and supply chain organizations

Lead scenario analysis and trade-off decisions balancing service levels, inventory investment, and factory constraints

Identify risks, resolve execution gaps, and communicate clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership

Mentor planners and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

What We're Looking For

Strong experience using Kinaxis Maestro for constrained planning and scenario modeling

Proven leadership in factory-service integration, particularly for high-value upgrades or retrofit programs

Working knowledge of ECN/ECO processes and their impact on serviceability and factory execution

Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing environments

Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills

Why This Role

High-visibility leadership role supporting strategic customer upgrade programs

Opportunity to work with advanced planning platforms in a complex, fast-paced environment

Collaborative, on-site culture with strong cross-functional engagement
