Help Drive Critical Finance Operations Across a Global Business
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Coordinator & Research Analyst to support key Finance functions, including Treasury, Tax, Risk, and Cost Optimization. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys research, coordination, process improvement, and working across multiple teams. This position is onsite in Louisville, KY.
What You'll Do
Monitor regulatory and industry updates that may impact the business
Coordinate and track requests across Finance teams
Manage meetings, communications, action items, and project deliverables
Maintain organized documentation, policies, and SharePoint repositories
Support audits, compliance reviews, and reporting activities
Compile data and create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications/Requirements:
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, administrative support, or analyst roles
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
Experience with SharePoint or document management systems is a plus
