Overview

We are seeking an entry level Client Cash Management Representative to support clients with daily cash management activities. This role focuses on multicurrency balance monitoring, reconciliations, cash projections, reporting, and timely resolution of cash related inquiries. The representative serves as the primary day to day contact for assigned clients and works closely with internal partners to ensure accurate, efficient, and risk aware cash servicing.
This is a hybrid, full time role with temp to perm potential based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Inquiry Management
  • Reconcile client cash balances and calculate/update daily cash projections
  • Monitor projected and actual overdrafts and long balances
  • Produce and deliver accurate daily cash reports to clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client s cash practices, timelines, and requirements
  • Research and resolve internal and external cash inquiries in accordance with established procedures and controls
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate sensitive or risk related issues to management promptly
  • Assist teammates as needed to ensure service continuity
Collaboration & Operations
  • Partner closely with Client Service teams, Treasury, Funds Transfer, Operations, and Reconciliation & Accounting
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding cash management and servicing matters
  • Support timely resolution of inquiries and contribute to improved service levels
Technology, Productivity & Process Improvement
  • Efficiently utilize internal cash management systems, tools, and products
  • Cross train with colleagues to provide coverage during absences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Global Custody Support
  • Stay informed on market changes and their impact on cash processes and settlements
  • Understand and monitor local market cash restrictions and penalties to mitigate client and firm risk

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent work experience
  • 1 2 years of experience in global custody, cash management, or a related financial services role
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Adaptable, deadline driven, team oriented mindset
