Position: Day Program Caregiver (Par-Time or Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
- Empower Independence:
- Support members with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
- Build Meaningful Connections:
- Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
- Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
- Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate for Impact:
- Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

- Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
- Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are:
A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others. Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact. Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques. Over 18 years old with a clean background and strong communication skills
Total Rewards:
- Earn a guaranteed base rate of $15.50/hour, with scheduled pay raises as you hit key milestones and referral bonus opportunities

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday:
- 8 am to 4 pm
- 10 am to 6 pm (Beginning August 10th, this will become part-time from 2 pm to 6 pm)
