The Glazier / Installer role is responsible for delivering quality product installations in customers' homes, ensuring a positive experience.
- Inspect materials for accuracy and damage, load tools and materials for each job, and communicate any delays to clients and the office.
- Validate job details upon arrival, set expectations, and install products including glass, windows, and doors, troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Address any installation challenges, note issues for rescheduling if needed, and coordinate with team members for materials and follow-up work.
- Maintain cleanliness at the work site, walk customers through care instructions, warranties, and contact info for service.
Qualifications: 1-year residential glass installation experience, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with clean record, ability to lift 50-100lbs.
Preferred Skills: Experience with window/door replacement, maintenance, troubleshooting, strong communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour. Eligibility for benefits depends on completing probation and company approval.
