Pay Rate: $21.65 per hour
Shift: Second Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Now hiring dependable Glass Cutters for a busy glass manufacturing facility in Fremont Indiana. This position is responsible for cutting glass to precise specifications while supporting production flow and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

Cut glass according to production specifications and work orders
Measure and verify dimensions for accuracy
Safely handle move and stack glass materials
Inspect glass for defects chips and imperfections
Stage and prepare product for the next production step or shipment
Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety quality and production procedures
Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift
Ability to stand bend twist and move for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous manufacturing glass cutting or material handling experience preferred but not required
