PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 3 Option Years

LOCATION: Remote

Part-Time: 0.50 FTE

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize GitLab for version control, repository management, and secure DevSecOps workflows.
• Personnel must be proficient in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and automation skills are required to support software development teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in GitLab administration.
• Must have demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure DevSecOps integration. Experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management

Desired but not Required Certifications:

• GitLab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
