We are seeking an experienced GIS Technical Specialist to support the State Traffic Operations Center (STOC) and Transportation Mobility & Safety team. This role is ideal for a GIS professional with strong Esri expertise who can collaborate with business stakeholders and develop innovative GIS solutions for real-time transportation operations.

7+ years of strong communication and business requirement gathering
5+ years of ArcGIS Pro
5+ years of ArcGIS Online Administration, Web Mapping & Cartography
Experience building web mapping applications and dashboards
Experience publishing hosted and referenced feature services
ArcGIS Enterprise Administration & Server Management
Arcade & Python scripting
Supervisory experience
GIS for Public Safety
