Description: Sewickley Academy is seeking to hire an experienced Volleyball Coach to lead our Girls’ Varsity Team. As the Varsity Volleyball Head Coach, you will lead the volleyball program that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities: - Plan and conduct daily practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship - Develop game strategies and make necessary adjustments during games - Attend all games and tournaments, both home and away - Provide leadership and guidance to assistant coaches and team members - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes respect, hard work, and dedication - Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and school administration Requirements: - Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level - Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members - Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture - Schedule flexibility to attend team practices and functions ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
